Corporate Responsibility Statement

TFL Tours is committed to operating in a manner that is compatible with our values of respect for sustainable practices and the environment, the community, our employees, our partners and our guests.

TFL Tours strives to be a responsible and virtuous member of the local, Italian, European and International community whether we are designing, planning and implementing itineraries, services and operations, promoting sound environmental and social practices, collaborating with our partners in the right way or assisting our guests to the best of our ability. We are committed to upholding the following responsibilities and principles of good corporate citizenship.

Business Ethics, Compliance and Human Rights

TFL Tours is committed to conducting business by adhering to the highest standards of business conduct and ethical behavior and to protecting, respecting and promoting human rights through its conduct. We do this by avoiding violating the rights of others and addressing any human rights violations within our sphere of influence, and we expect our employees, partners, suppliers and guests to share this commitment.

Respect for the Individual

The first pillar that supports our company is people and it is our commitment to prioritize them.  We know that the success of our company depends on the benefit we bring to our partner agencies, our guests, our employees, their families, and the community in which we operate.

TFL Tours strives to create a workplace where our employees can develop their aspirations and abilities, as well as actively realize their human potential. To achieve these goals, we are committed to creating an environment where every person involved in service development, distribution, sales, and operations has a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the success of the company and is treated with dignity and respect at all times.

Commitment to the principles of Diversity & Inclusion

TFL Tours supports the fundamental value of dignity of all individuals regardless of their ethnicity, national origin, ancestry, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, pregnancy, disability, military status, genetic information, marital status, or any other status protected by law. We celebrate diversity by providing equal opportunity to all individuals regardless of their personal characteristics and encouraging them to respect the individual differences and talents of others by exercising their abilities and potential to the fullest.

Through adherence to the principles of inclusion and diversity, TFL Tours seeks to communicate our commitment to our employees, partners, suppliers and guests, as well as the communities in which we live and work. In addition, we expect any party conducting business with TFL Tours to embrace and uphold, to the best of their ability, these principles.

Freedom of Association

TFL Tours encourages open and direct communication with all employees regarding working conditions without fear of reprisal, intimidation, or harassment. Maintaining dialogue between employees and management deepens communication and understanding, making it possible to build stronger relationships of mutual trust. In accordance with local laws, employees have the right to associate freely, and join—or choose not to join—labor unions or workers’ councils.

TFL Tours is committed to ensuring a safe work and healthy working environment through the use of innovative programs that meet or exceed federal and state regulations.
